About me
Hi! I'm a fitness enthusiast and former qualified fitness instructor. Welcome to Rhythm and Range.
I created this space to share my love of movement, steady progress, and the small habits that help us feel stronger and healthier over time. While fitness is still at the heart of the blog, you'll also find wellness ideas, inspiration, and the occasional behind-the-scenes look at my journey as I continue to grow the site.
Over a decade ago, I earned my fitness instructor qualification, and although I'm no longer certified, I've never stopped learning. I enjoy keeping up with training research, testing ideas in my own workouts, and sharing what I've found in a practical, approachable way.
My goal isn't perfection - it's helping make fitness feel achievable. Whether you're improving your cardio, building strength, increasing flexibility, or simply looking for a bit of motivation, I hope you'll find something here that inspires you to keep going.
You'll also notice a Journal section where I document experiments, observations, and lessons I've learned while building this blog. It's a place to share the successes, the surprises, and sometimes the questions that don't have clear answers yet.
Please note that this blog is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional if you have health concerns or specific training needs.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy exploring Rhythm and Range.
You'll mostly find me on Pinterest, where I share fitness inspiration, gym outfits, wellness ideas, and other creative projects connected to the blog.
